Terms & Conditions - Back to Base Warrenty

 

At p2c we want you the customer to have customer satisfaction every time you shop with us. by agreeing to or terms and condition we are entering into a legal binding contract.
BEFORE ORDERING it is important that the buyer looks at the DEMO VIDEOS PROVIDED ON THE OUR WEBSITE AND READ THE FULL DISCRIPTION of the Product I.E.4x3 hot foil printing machine to make sure it is the correct machine for the buyer’s requirements! As ordering a machine by mistake can be costly to both parties.

1: Payment:

  1. All payments are made in advance by cash or bank transfer or Paypal credit/debit cards.
  2. We aim for all our orders to be sent out within 5-10 working days on receipt of order depending on work load.

2: Delivery Details:

Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery details starting with: Your Name, C/o Company name details if applicable, Door number and Delivery address including full postal code & contact telephone number, Providing the correct mailing information this will help speed up and avoid any delays with dispatch and delivery

 

2.2: Activating your 8x5 or 4x3 the 2 years back to base warranty

See back to base warranty T&G at the bottom of the page (14)

We take every care to get the order to you in good working condition.

Once you receive your parcel from the courier.

 IF THE BOX IS DAMAGED. Please sign for the parcel damaged in transit.

Open the parcel and check straight away to see if there any visual signs of damage to any components on the machine and notify us within 24 hours from signing for your parcel.

 Check the control box to see if there are any dents etc. 4x pressure screws 2x tension springs on the back of the machine to see if they are bent etc.Sliding platen, front handle, top foil bar, top foil guide bar.

Then once you have inspected the machine and all’s OK,Please confirm receipt of your order in good condition to info@p2c-eng.com within 24 hours from signing for your parcel to activate the 2 years back to base warranty otherwise you will only have a 1 year back to base warrenty. see

3: Our Standard delivery service for:

  • LARGE PARCELS

Order will be delivered by either UPS DHL TNT Fedex or others,  Monday - Friday service only, Normally delivered within 2-4 working in the UK, 5-10 working days Worldwide but not garrented depending on your location

  1. Tracking available.
  2. You will be sent a link to track the progress of the order.
  3. Keep checking the tracking to see if you order is OUT FOR DELIVERY
  4. Please check the parcel for damage before signing for them.  *If damaged sign for them as Damaged so if we need to put a claim into the courier company we have proof that damage as been done in transit.
  5. Please note that some courier company may not deliver to your area and they may sub-contract out the delivery to a third party, the service may take longer than the above delivery times! You can request a courier company that may be more frequent in your area,
  6. Please contact us first before placing any orders and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

  • SMALL PARCELS

Order will be delivered by ROYAL MAIL PARCELFORCE  Moneday - Friday service only,  Normally delivered within 2-4 working in the UK and 5-10 working days Worldwide but not Guarantied depending on your loctaion.

  1. Tracking available.(except  Royal Mail and Parcel Force prof of postage avialable)
  2. You will be sent a link to track the progress of the order.
  3. Keep checking the tracking to see if you order is OUT FOR DELIVERY
  4. Please check the parcel for damage before signing for them.  *If damaged sign for them as Damaged so if we need to put a claim into the courier company we have proof that damage as been done in transit.
  5. Please note that some courier company may not deliver to your area and they may sub-contract out the delivery to a third party, the service may take longer than the above delivery times! You can request a courier company that may be more frequent in your area,
  6. Please contact us first before placing any orders and we will do our best to accommodate you.

     

4: Express delivery service available upon request (extra charges apply):

Order will be delivered by either UPS DHL TNT Fedex,  Moneday - Friday service only, Nomally delivered in 1-3 working in the UK and 5-7 working days wouldwide but not Guarantied depending on your location.

  3. Keep checking the tracking to see if you order is OUT FOR DELIVERY.
  4. Please check the parcel for damage before signing for them  *If damaged sign for them as Damaged so if we need to put a claim into the courier company we have proof that damage as been done in transit.
  5. Please note that some courier company may not deliver to your area and they may sub-contract out the delivery to a third party, the service may take longer than the above delivery times! You can request a courier company that may be more frequent in your area,

5: Failed Delivery:

If you are not in when the courier company attempts delivery, you should be left a contact card for re-arranging delivery.

6: Incomplete Delivery Details:

We cannot be held responsible for Loss or Damage to Goods or failed delivery if for any reason you have not entered the correct delivery details.

In the event of the above you will be responsible for contacting the courier company direct to arrange either of the following:-

a)  rearrange delivery

b)  arrange pick-up of your order directly from the courier company

7: Exported Items:

  1. No UK taxes are paid on any  goods exported from the uk
  2. All exports to the  EU or Worldwide may be subject to any local Taxes, VAT or Import duty and are payable by the purchaser.
  3. Payment are paid in advance by bank transfer only.
  4. Only when the funds have cleared will the goods be dispatched
  5. Your order will be sent by door to door courier, once it as reached the county of origin It will need to be custom cleared and import duty is paid on the goods and then forwarded on to the final destination. 

(Some courier companies will only deliver to international Hub/Port of origin in some countries, an agent may be assigned for you to arrange to pay import duty for the goods before it can be forwarded on. You may need to make arrangement for collection from the Hub/Port).

8: Cancellation:

  1. If you wish to cancel your order and get a full refund you can do this by Email. It must be done within 7 days of placing the order. By Email only info@hf8x5digital.com
  2. If you wish to cancel your order after 7 days you can do this by Email, an administration charge will apply plus any other expenses (delivery and return delivery charges). By Email only at: info@hf8x5digital.com
  3. Administration charge is 10% for cancellation of your order plus any other expenses (delivery charges and returned delivery charge).
  4.  All goods must be returned in all original packaging and as new.
  5.  Please see Returns Policy below

9: Refund for bespoke items:
Bespoke items are made to order or packages that are put together to suit your requirement which many item may need to be ordered in for you, No refunds will be made for bespoke items or  packages

10: Returns for Damaged goods:

  1. If the goods are not fit for purpose in any way, then you will get a full refund  once  they are returned back to p2c and have been inspected.
  2. If the item is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or does not match the description on our website you can return it to us at p2c.
  3. The item must be returned in its original condition within 7 days of the date you ordered the item, unused and in ‘as new’ condition.
  4. The item must be returned in its original packaging.  We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
  5. The cost of returning the items will be paid by yourself.
  6. We will also pay for the return cost if the return item is a result of our error.
  7. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
  8. Full refunds or exchanges will be made for any items lost or damaged during transit
  9. To qualify please keep all original packaging as delivered and notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item by email only to be eligible for a refund.
  10. We reserve the right to change or modify our products at anytime.
  11. Any refund will only be paid back into the same Name and account from where it come from.

11: VAT:

  1. UK sales: 0% VAT
  2. EU Member not VAT registered: 0% VAT
  3. EU Members VAT registered: 0% VAT
  4. 0% VAT on all non EU members (Worldwide sale): Import duty and local taxes apply which is payable by yourself/ Importer.

 12: Returns Policy:

RETURNING THE GOODS for any other reason: It is the buyer’s responsibility when sending the goods back by courier and insure them to the full value of the purchase price to cover for loss or damage to the product in transit. Otherwise you will be liable to pay the replacement cost (example i.e. £500.00) as it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the goods in good working order, undamaged and in its original packaging, (please note how the machine has been packaged inside box as it,s packed to give added support and strength in transit, if in doubt please contact us) please strap the box or tape it securely all-round and not just on the edges and seams. 

REFUNDS:

  1. No refunds will be made until the goods have been returned and inspected.
  2. Upon inspection if the goods are in good working condition and undamaged a full refund will be issued.
  3. If there is any damage caused by the courier company - the cost of repairing the machine will be taken from your any refund due, the buyer will then need to make a claim from the courier company’s insurance.

 This refund policy does not affect your legal rights.

14: Back to base warranty T&G

First we will try to resolve any problem by telephone and by sending a replacement part, if needed, that can be fitted by yourself. 

1 Year back to base warranty:  Excudes genanal ware and tare on all moving parts,

Heater, temperature controller and SSR 3 months warrenty only

It is your responcabilty to send the machine back to p2c for repair or servicing at your own expense.

Upon inspection/repair of the machine was deemed by faulty parts we will fix the fault free of charge within the 1 year back to base warranty and pay the return postage.

Not Covered by the back to base warrenty

1 Year back to base warranty  Upon inspection/repair of the machine was deemed as misused or general wear and tear then charges for spare parts and retuned delivery will apply.

At NO time should you open the control box or remove any moving parts from the machine without prior consent as this will invalidate the warrenty as this will be deemed as misused.

Repacemant parts are covered by the 1 year back to base warrenty except the heater Temperature controllers and solid state relay which as 3 mouths only from the date of purchase.

Within the 1 year back to base warranty for whatever reason you cannot get the machine back to base for repair we now offering a service call to the UK Mainland only

Service call charges by mileage and by time spent at your premises at a reasonable rate.

 

To ensure you get the maximum life from the machine

1/ Switch off when not in use

2/ Rest the machine for a couple of times a day

We have machine still going strong after 8 years of service without any problems

This Warrenty Is Non Transferable

(if you sell the machine onto a third party then the warrenty is void)

If you wish to transfer the warrenty onto a third party then the machine will need to come back to base for a full service 

Service charge applies and a charge for any part that are not covered under this the warrenty

  • Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and it is never sold, given away or shared with anyone. We also will keep your contact details strictly confidential and we will not share or sell them with any third party.  Only limited authorized personnel have access to view these details and see them for customer service.
  • Occasionally, we may email you with special offers and new services to the site.  If you do receive any of these emails you will be able to easily subscribe yourself so you won’t receive any more.  
  • When you place an order on p2c using your credit card you will receive a receipt by email for your purchase.  Our credit card processing vendor uses the latest secure transaction technology and protects all your personal information. They are compliant with all the card association security iniatives.
